The Tillydrone housing development, comprising 9 blocks of flats, required a modern and efficient flooring solution across multiple levels to ensure comfort, durability, and energy efficiency. East West Flooring was contracted to install both floor insulation and Cemfloor liquid screed as part of the project’s efforts to provide high-quality housing.
Key Work Completed:
East West Flooring installed high-performance floor insulation on the ground floors of all 9 blocks. This step was crucial for enhancing thermal efficiency and reducing heat loss in the buildings, contributing to overall energy savings.
Cemfloor liquid screed was applied to various levels across the development. The screed’s self-levelling properties provided a smooth, consistent surface throughout, ready for final floor finishes.
